Privacy Policy — Store Audit by Ecom Swift LLC

The "Store Audit by Ecom Swift LLC" browser extension ("the extension") is published by Ecom Swift LLC. This policy explains exactly what the extension does with data.

What the extension accesses

• The URL of the tab you are actively viewing — only when you click the Ecom Swift LLC icon to run an audit. It uses the site's address (e.g. https://example-store.com) to audit its public pages. It does not read page contents, browsing history, cookies, or any other tab.

The extension does not ask for or collect an email address or any account — you run an audit with a single click.

What is sent, and where

When you run an audit, the extension sends only the store URL to Ecom Swift LLC's audit service, at either https://audit.ecomswiftllc.com or https://ecomswift-audit-production.up.railway.app — the same service on two hostnames; the extension uses whichever is reachable. The service fetches the store's public pages only to compute SEO, speed, conversion (CRO) and AI-visibility scores, and returns them to the extension. No admin access, login, or private store data is involved.

Reports and payment

• The free PDF report is generated by the audit service and downloaded to your device. It carries Ecom Swift LLC's branding.
• The optional paid white-label upgrade (remove our branding, add yours) is processed on an external hosted checkout page opened in a new tab. No card or payment details are ever entered in the extension — payment happens entirely on the payment provider's page. The extension only checks whether the payment has completed so it can deliver the branded report.

What is NOT collected

• No browsing history, no page contents, no keystrokes, no third-party analytics or tracking.
• No email address, no account, and no selling of data.
• Nothing is stored on your device beyond a note of which service hostname last responded, and — if you start a paid upgrade — a payment reference so a reopened popup can deliver your report.

Permissions and why

• activeTab — read the address of the current tab only when you click the icon, to audit that store.
• storage — remember which service hostname last responded, and any in-progress payment reference, locally. No email or account is stored.
• downloads — save the generated PDF report to your device.
• Host access to audit.ecomswiftllc.com and ecomswift-audit-production.up.railway.app — send audits to and read results from the Ecom Swift LLC audit service. No other host is contacted by the extension.
